This is hot water extraction, also known as steam cleaning. Done well, this system has the potential to get carpets cleaner, and therefore healthier than any other.
The cleaning products I use are carefully chosen, based on their toxicity and ability to clean. For each carpet, I use the healthiest cleaner that is able to do the job.
To achieve the best carpet cleaning results, I use a scrubber to help loosen up the soil before extraction. This is the most effective cleaning method in the industry.
This portable extractor has been souped up... a lot. Its performance is similar to a truckmount, but its environmental impact is much smaller!
The souped-up portable, in conjunction with the scrubber, can out clean any truck-mount. Easily!
Even extremely soiled carpets can be cleaned effectively using safer methods.
I do basic flood clean-up, and demolition, such as a flooded basement. But, I do not do the re-construction work afterwards, such as replacing damaged drywall.
